Interested in solar but need more info? Do you want to learn how you can qualify for $2,000 in rebates and subsidies from the federal, provincial and city governments? Are you interested in joining the local community buyer’s group, Riverdale Initiative for Solar Energy (RISE), but still not certain about their role? Come on out to one of our Ward 30 Solar Hot Water in Your Home Workshops in local libraries throughout Ward 30 in January and February. We have speakers from the Solar Neighbourhood program, from the RISE community group, from our ecoENERGY Home Auditor (Windfall Ecology Centre) as well as from our participating solar contractors all lined up for 1.5 hours filled with helpful information on saving you energy and money.
All workshops are free and run from 7:00 to 8:30 pm.
